As the Head of Sourcing, you will be the architect of procurement excellence. Your key strategic deliverables include:
- Design and execute the entire sourcing and procurement strategy from the ground up, aligning it with ambitious business growth targets.
- Establish and scale a new, efficient Direct-from-Factory global supplier model, optimising the supply chain for speed and resilience.
- Drive significant cost-reduction initiatives without compromising the superior quality or continuous availability of products.
- Select, implement, and manage best-in-class procurement systems to create a scalable, modern function.
- Champion and embed sustainable and ethical procurement processes into every layer of the supply chain.
- Cultivate deep, high-value relationships with both internal stakeholders and critical global suppliers to drive performance improvement.
